This one hour live online class will ensure you have the foundations of yoga covered, from basic poses to breathe. This class is highly recommended if you have minimal yoga experience and will be beneficial for the yogi who wants to fine tune their practice.  We will move through a continuous flow of yoga poses merging strength, flexibility and balance.  Classes are always fun and I love teaching live online yoga classes!
